So-called because the material of the banner moves independently of the "pole" of the banner. Unlike ordinary flags, this allows the banner to be twirled around and around, without the material furling up on itself. As a result, it is possible to do movements which would be impossible with an ordinary flag. The end of the handle has a circular knob for easy twirling. You'll be amazed to see what tricks children especially can do with them! Much favoured by boys, but also popular with adults. The fabric area of the banner measures approximately 64cm x 49cm, and is trimmed in gold or silver.
